The Committee for the Rights for Foreigners (Výbor pro práva cizinců)

What

The Government Council for Human Rights is a permanent consultative body of the Government of the Czech Republic for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons within the jurisdiction of the Czech Republic. It monitors the observance and fulfillment of the Constitution of the Czech Republic, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and other legal norms governing the protection and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms. The Council has set up several committees, including the Committee for the Rights for Foreigners.
