Procedure for establishing civic associations

What

The most appropriate form of association of citizens driven by a common interest is establishing an “association” in the Czech Republic. Establishing of association consists of two basic steps: to set up a new association and its registration.

Steps

STEP 1: At least three people set up an association to agree on the content of the draft of statutes on constituent meeting.

STEP 2: The association occurs on registration in the Public register (Veřejný rejstřík). The application for entry into the league’s founders made a public register or a person appointed by the constituent meetings. Required to signs a draft of statutes of founders were officially verified. STEP 3: The application for entry into the Public register (Veřejný rejstřík) shall be submitted by specific form (in Czech): https://or.justice.cz/ias/iform/index.html?0, and https://or.justice.cz/ias/ui/podani.
