Early retirement (Předčasný důchod)

What

The basic condition for entitlement to an early old-age pension is accumulation of the required period of insurance 35 years.

Who

Insured individuals who accumulate the required period of insurance.

How

The entitlement to this pension then depends on reaching the age of retirement.

When

Four months at the earliest before the date on which the person applying for the pension requests the benefits to be granted.
